The focus of the Yoga Alchemy Teacher Training is on sequencing intelligent vinyasa flow classes.
If you feel stuck with the same Sun Salutation and wish to fill your creativity bucket, this course is for you!
In this teacher training you will understand how to apply functional anatomy to create safe and effective sequences that strengthen and condition the body, while working creatively on your flexibility and overall health.
You will study the history of vinyasa, and the contemporary fertilization of asana with spirituality, somatic studies, dance, and philosophy. The study of functional anatomy will help you develop amazing sequences that target peak poses.
Gain all the tools you need to sequence creative and anatomically sound vinyasa classes
Daily level 2 masterclass (two-hours)
Daily afternoon workshop (90' minutes) on family of asanas: inversions, headstands, backbends, handstands and so on.
Teaching labs.
Live at the amazing Stagnone lagoon, a kitesurfing paradise with plenty of stunning sites to visit around.
